The receptionist was pleasant and concerned about me as the patient. Shandra(?) explained everything she was doing. Dr Eberle explained everything she was doing. It was a comfortable visit. I feel they know what they’re doing.

So my check in process started off with the front desk sharing there was a miscommunication and my appointment wasn’t on the calendar.
She was able to get me taken and honor the time I was scheduled. I greatly appreciated the front desk attendants help.
The woman who got me taken care at the start and end of my visit was also fantastic. She was very kind and also compassionate. This made my experience so pleasant.
When I met with the doctor, she asked me tons of questions and made tons of notes. I felt like she did her best to get me taken care of due to the schedule glitch, but also made sure she was still very thorough. She also gave me the opportunity to express my concerns and share my experience battling cluster headaches. She took into an account medications I have tried and did not work, and shared two alternative treatments. I got tear-eyed just being other options and having hope to treating my symptoms and headaches.
Thank you Dr. Eberle and Team! You made my day, week, and hopefully life better!

The video was choppy and the audio cut out at parts, but I was still able to understand Mrs. Hanson and talk to her about everything. Overall a nice experience.
